George Jones, crescent china coffee / tea cups and saucers x 2 in AZALEA pattern. These sets dating to c1880, so from the Victorian period.
Azaleas painted by the artist Horace Overton Jones (1856-1928) his initials can be seen on pink floral cup bottom left.
All the flowers vary. Yellow, pink and creamy white.
The cups are a rounded with ornate handles, approx 2 1/2" tall x 2 1/4" across rim. The saucer 5" diameter.
No damage found but there is some evidence or gilt rub and use wear.
Also included is a sugar bowl in the same pattern but a different shape.
